Pantene and Aqua Arobics

So I totally went to aqua arobics last night. It was heaps fun! But then I couldnt sleep properly as my arms were burning from not doing exercise, let me see, in like.....FOREVER!!

Though I must say it was heaps of fun watching my friend try to lift the underwater weights and then have the instructor looking at her sympathetically and said....'here are some lighter ones'

The only depressing thing about my little adventure was that we had to have a running race and all, yes all, the old ladies beat us. Quite sad really...

If I dont lose weight from my efforts (or embarrasment really)

I will cry.

So I totally noticed that pantene makes my hair greasy, and I have a whole litre of it to get through. How. Annoying.

Well I'm going Christmas shopping today! Yay! what fun :)
